Doctoral training in regional and economic sciences in Győr has a long-standing tradition. Its founding director, Professor János Rechnitzer, was an iconic figure among Hungarian regional scientists. RGDI has always placed a strong emphasis on high-quality education and research; our achievements are demonstrated by numerous outstanding research results and scholarly publications.
