The Doctoral School of Regional Sciences and Business Administration (RGDI) at Széchenyi István University has consistently regarded the deliberate development and ongoing strengthening of international relations as a key strategic priority. Academic performance is today unequivocally measured against international standards: research excellence, publication visibility, and embeddedness in professional networks acquire their true significance in a global context. Our Doctoral School therefore strives to ensure that our students, supervisors, and faculty members have full access to all opportunities that enhance their international presence and competitiveness.

Student mobility programmes facilitate shorter or longer research stays abroad for our doctoral students. In the future, we aim to further expand our mobility and collaboration opportunities through bilateral institutional agreements, joint supervision arrangements (co-supervision), and shared educational and research programmes. Our longer-term objectives also include the establishment of joint doctoral programmes and double degree collaborations.
